1. Who we are

All Ride School is operated by All Ride School SAS, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS). Company details are provided in the Legal Notice section.

All Ride School SAS acts as Data Controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data we collect

1. Riders
When registering on the pre-launch website, we collect: declared role (Rider or Instructor) and email address.

2. Instructors
As part of the instructor pre-onboarding process, we collect professional data only, including: first name and last name, geographic location, date of birth (used solely to confirm legal age), languages spoken, diplomas and certifications, professional experience (years of teaching, number of students, teaching hours, etc.), sports taught, teaching locations, profile picture, links to professional social networks, etc.

No sensitive personal data (as defined by the GDPR) is collected.

3. Purposes of processing

Personal data is collected and processed exclusively for the following purposes: informing users about the launch and evolution of All Ride School, managing early access to the platform, preparing the creation of user accounts within the application, creating and displaying a public instructor directory, subject to explicit consent, producing internal, aggregated and anonymized statistics for internal analysis.

Personal data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Publication of instructor profiles

Instructors may expressly consent to the publication of all or part of their professional information: on the All Ride School website (online directory), and later within the All Ride School mobile application.

This publication is based on explicit consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.

5. Legal basis

Data processing is based on the explicit consent of users, and the legitimate interest of All Ride School in structuring and developing its community.

6. Service providers (sub-processors)

Personal data may be processed through GDPR-compliant service providers, including among others: Hetzner Online GmbH (servers located in Germany, EU), Brevo, Typeform, Google and internal open-source analytics tools.

7. Data retention

Personal data is retained until the user unsubscribes, or until deletion is requested by the user.

Email addresses may later be reused to enable in-app account creation, subject to applicable consent rules.

8. User rights

In accordance with the GDPR, users have the right to access, rectification, erasure, and objection. Requests may be sent to: hello[a]allrideschool.com

9. Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated as the platform and mobile application are progressively launched.
